EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All orders ship from Australia via DHL Express: 2-4 Business Days
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and will vary by address.
We ship worldwide from Australia to over 200+ countries.
PLEASE NOTE
- We're unable to cancel or edit an order once it has left our warehouse
- The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
- Delivery times are only an estimate, once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information specifically for your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
We offer free returns on products purchased online subject to the following conditions:
- The garment is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).
CANCELLATIONS
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. During promotional periods we can't cancel orders due to the volume of orders.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@camillaandmarc.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
COLOURS
CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS
Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Customers)
Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify CAMILLA AND MARC of your decision within the withdrawal period. You must submit your request through our online return portal. You may also contact our Client Services team at customercare@camillaandmarc.com.
Your notification should include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide confirmation of your withdrawal notification on a durable medium, such as email.
This statutory right of withdrawal is separate from, and in addition to, any voluntary returns policy offered by CAMILLA AND MARC.
Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the relevant item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us.
Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Refunds
Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, CAMILLA AND MARC will refund all payments received for the returned item(s), excluding any standard delivery charges paid for the order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or evidence that the item(s) have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returned items should be in their original condition and must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
If an item is returned showing signs of wear, use, damage, staining, alteration, missing tags, or any handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, CAMILLA AND MARC reserves the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods. Where the returned goods are no longer in a saleable condition, CAMILLA AND MARC reserves the right to reduce the refund by up to the full value of the goods.
Sale Items
For customers located in the European Union, sale items remain eligible for withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Any "Final Sale" restrictions do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal where required by law.
